Prof. Michel Danino

Author & Academician

Prof. Michel Danino, a Padma Shri awardee is a French-born Indian author and scholar of Indian Civilization. Currently visiting professor at IIT Gandhinagar, Gujarat, where he assists its Archaeological Sciences Centre, coordinates a course on Indian Knowledge Systems and teaches courses on aspects of Indian civilization.

Dr. Chitra Madhavan

Historian

Dr. Chitra Madhavan is a recipient of two post doctoral fellowships from the Department of Culture, Govt of India and Indian Council of Historical Research, New Delhi. She has co-edited a book, "South Indian Heritage" which contains 500 articles on various aspects of South India's heritage. She has authored seven books and also wrote a coffee table book - "Snapshots of A Bygone Era: A Century of Images."

Dr. Lavanya Vemsani

History Professor

Dr. Lavanya Vemsani is Professor of History at Shawnee State University. Her books include Modern Hinduism in Text and Context, Krishna in History, Thought, and Culture: An Encyclopedia of the Lord of Many Names, and Hindu and Jain Mythology of Balarama in addition to numerous articles. India, A New History and Feminine Journeys of the Mahabharata are her upcoming books. She serves as the Editor-in-Chief of Academic journal including American Journal of Indic Studies, Associate Editor of Canadian Journal of History, and Editorial Board of Airforce Journal of Indo-Pacific Affairs.

Smt. Radhika Srinivasan

Author

Smt. Radhika Srinivasan has authored four books on Asia's art and thought. Presently, she runs an Institution called Kamalalayam in Manjakkudi, Tiruvarur for under privileged girls.
