Dr. Vinayachandra BK

Director, Indica Yoga

Dr. Vinayachandra Banavathy, is the Director of Indica Yoga, a platform that offers authentic, immersive and transformative yoga experiences across the world. He holds a PhD on psychological insights in the Vedas from Pondicherry University, besides Masters’ in Sanskrit, English, Yogic Science and Applied Psychology. Vinayachandra is a dedicated teacher who travels across the world conducting courses, lectures and workshops on a unique blend of Yoga, Psychology and Sanskrit. His publications include a report on Standardization of Yoga Terminologies for WHO; a book co-edited with Dr. Anuradha Choudry titled ‘Perspectives on Indian Psychology’, published by Jain University Press, another book co-authored titled ‘Happiness: Indic Perspectives’, published by Development Foundation, besides a few articles, papers, booklets on Yoga, Indian Psychology, Culture and Spirituality.


Dr. Vandana Rani

Professor and HOD Dept of Swastha vrtta, Amrita School of Ayurveda

Dr. Vandana Rani M, MD (Ay) currently serves as Professor and Head in the department of Swasthavritta, Amrita School of Ayurveda. She pursued her studies from Government Ayurveda College, Trivandrum. She started her career at Pankajakasthuri Ayurveda College Trivandrum and thereafter joined Amrita School of Ayurveda. She is also pursuing her PhD from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. She has undergone short term course in Indian Astrology. She is also a Clinical Hypnotherapist from California Hypnosis Institute, USA. She had conducted more than seventy clinical sessions for foreign and Indian clients, including students. Now she holistically combines guided meditation, counselling, Yoga and Ayurveda for psychosomatic illness such as anxiety, depression asthma, diabetes mellitus and hypertension. She is performing guided meditation for kids to improve focus and concentration in their studies and to remove bad habits such as nail biting and smoking. She has judged presentation of papers at both national and international seminars and has published articles on regional dailies and magazines. She was a columnist for two years in an international magazine creating awareness in Ayurveda and has co-authored many popular books on Ayurveda.


Dr Manoj Sankaranarayana

Senior Medical Officer, Government Ayurveda Hospital, Cheppad

Dr Manoj Sankaranarayanan was initiated to Ayurveda at the age of fourteen by his maternal grandfather Vaidyavachaspathi P.Mahadeva Iyer; thereafter continued the traditional learning of Keralan Ayurveda under Padmasri Dr.K. Rajagopalan, Padmabhushanam. K.Raghavan Thirumulpad, Dr. Ramankutty Warrier, Dr.C.D.Sahadevan, Dr K Chidambaram, Shri.Arumanoor Parameshwaran. He holds a Doctorate from SCSVMV, Kanchipuram Currently works as a Sr Medical Officer, Dept of Indian Systems of Medicine in Govt Ayurveda Hospital


Dr Chandramouleeswaran P

Professor and HOD: Department of Panchakarma, Ayurveda College Coimbatore

Dr. Chandramouleeswaran is a MD in Ayurveda. He is currently working as a Professor& HOD, in the Department of Pachakarama, Ayurveda college, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. He has visited more than six countries to conduct seminars and classes for foreign students. He has published various articles in national and international journals. He was also invited as a resource person in state level and national level seminars to deliver speeches on different topics of Panchakarma.


Dr Abzeena Camapana

Ayurvedic Practitioner, Author

Vaidya Abzeena Campana (Kavitha) is an experienced Ayurvedic practitioner from Kerala, India. Coming from a family with a strong Ayurvedic background, she developed her passion for Ayurveda at a young age, as her grandmother was a well-known Ayurvedic physician. She received her BAMS from Govt. Ayurveda College, Thripunitura (Mahatma Gandhi University) and is currently practicing in France by integrating the local pharmacopoeia. After graduation, Vaidya Abzeena, has been trained and has worked under many renowned Ayurveda physicians and tribal healers. From 2007 onward, she practice in her own establishments, in Bangalore, Mysore, Thiruvanathapuram, and France. She also followed leading training in Holistic Health, as well as a PG diploma on Gandhian Thoughts. She is the author of many articles in leading medical and health magazines, as well as books such as “Ayurvedam Charitravum Chariyayum” published by Bhasha institute, Kerala Government, and “Ayurvedam Charitram Shastram Chikitsa” published by Chinta Publications.
