Maria Wirth, Author, addressed the first International Conference on Soft Power hosted by the Center for Soft Power in collaboration with Nehru Memorial Museum and Library, in New Delhi on December 17 – 19, 2018. The partners of the Conference included Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR); Center for Public Diplomacy, University of Southern California; and Nalanda University, Rajgir.
