Prof Makarand Paranjape, Director, Indian Institute of Advanced Studies, Shimla, India addressed the first International Conference on Soft Power being hosted by India Foundation in collaboration with Nehru Memorial Museum and Library, in New Delhi on December 17 – 19, 2018. The partners of the Conference include Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR); Indic Academy; Center for Public Diplomacy, University of Southern California; and Nalanda University, Rajgir.
